Bin Matar House

The Bin Matar House, located in Muharraq, is a beautifully restored heritage site that once served as the residence of Salman bin Hussein Bin Matar, a prominent Bahraini pearl merchant. Today, it stands as a cultural landmark and exhibition space, showcasing Bahrain’s rich pearling history and traditional architecture. Part of the Pearling Path, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the house features intricate wooden designs, high ceilings, and traditional Bahraini craftsmanship.
